I called a number of Hunter Douglas specialists in town. Of all those contacted, I was most impressed by Nancy. I sent them the information from the Hunter Douglas label. I was replacing a Hunter Douglas patio door shade that was 18 years old. The sales department was able to match the fabric. I really needed to match the other HD window treatment in the room.
B&D’s price was right on track with the other HD specialists in town. I felt most comfortable with B n D from just the telephone interactions. Nancy was kind and polite, soft spoken and knowledgeable, and true to her word. No pressure, no call backs or emails. I decided to surprise them by visiting them unannounced. I met Nancy and Brian. Brian is the the owner and the B in the B n D. We sat and looked at a couple of options and I purchased exactly what I wanted. No pressure and no regrets. Anthony and Van arrived on time. They were friendly yet professional. They waited to be invited in and went right to work. They came prepared and made very few trips in and out. They worked quietly and were done before I knew it. They even asked my preferences on a few things. WOW! it was just that easy. Their instructions were thorough and they were patient with my understanding. They went over HD’s warranty. Tony was polite and professional when he presented my bill since I paid half down with my order. I knew they were very busy with other work that day, yet the did not rush or push to go. I will definitely use their services again for new blinds and especially their service and repair department for my “off brand” blinds. It really was that easy.
